Vermont Antiques

Hello,

I am Paul Steele, owner of Antiques and Emporium. I deal in a wide variety of antiques, collectibles and quality reproductions. I carry a wide array of household items, including handmade Oriental rugs and solid wood furniture. I also have iron gates and outdoor garden pieces.

I have been dealing in antiques since the 1970's. I started part time dealing at the flea markets. The love of antiques drove me to open antique booths throughout New Hampshire and Vermont. This led me to the world of auctions and next I ran my own auction service for six years. Following this I opened up Antiques and Emporium, in Lyndonville, Vermont. I outgrew the first facility and began looking for a new place of business. This led me to my current location:

This new location had to be completely salvaged from an 1800's two story brick schoolhouse. The building was damaged by fire and my business outside of antiques was construction. I totally renovated the building in preparation to house Antiques & Emporium. The building won the 2006 Kingdom Improvement award from the Northeast Kingdom Chamber of Commerce.
